If you're not sure which prescriptions you can fill through CVS Specialty, check the Specialty Drug List. Whenever your doctor prescribes a medication on this list, be sure to fill with us so it will be covered and you won’t have to pay the full cost.
What happens next?
CVS Specialty will work with you and your doctor to get your specialty prescriptions transferred. If you haven’t received a phone call about your first shipment, call us at 1-800-237-2767, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Once you have spoken with us about your prescription, you can create an online account. It will help you stay in control of your health and manage your medications simply and securely.
With your online account, you can:

- Refill prescriptions
- Check order status
When will I get my medications?
Once your specialty Rx has shipped, you can check your order status online. You can also get status alerts by email or text message.
