In order to provide you with medications at the best possible price, we will substitute equivalent generic medicines for brand name medicines whenever possible, subject to plan and legal requirements. If you don't want us to substitute generics, please call your specialty pharmacy.

Based on the availability of CVS Pharmacy locations and subject to applicable laws and regulations, in-store pick up is not available in Oklahoma. Some states require first fill prescriptions to be transmitted directly to the dispensing specialty pharmacy. Other restrictions may apply.

I understand pharmacy policy prohibits the return and restocking of medications, which means such products will not be accepted for return or exchange by a pharmacist or pharmacy after they have been sold, distributed or dispensed. CVS Specialty delivers products according to the prescription from your doctor. We can’t issue credit for excess medications or unused products resulting from a prescription change after delivery. It is important that we have the most up-to-date information on your prescriptions, as well as the supplies you have on-hand.

If supplies are required, they'll be included with your order.

The Automatic Refill Program (automatic refills and automatic prescription renewals) is available at no added cost to you. We will send your medicines on the schedule prescribed by your doctor so you never run out.
By enrolling in the Automatic Refill Program you consent to the mail service pharmacy contacting your prescriber for the purpose of obtaining a new prescription when an enrolled prescription reaches zero refills.
We'll alert you before each refill according to the notification preferences you select on Caremark.com. There are no service, shipping or handling charges. We will not apply copay or co-insurance costs to your account until the prescription ships.
If you wish to cancel all or part of your order, or cancel your enrollment in this service, you have three ways to do so:

  3. Submit a cancellation form. You'll have at least 10 days to cancel the order. If we don't give you at least 10 days to cancel, and you wish to return the order, we'll accept the return and provide a full refund (including postage).
